Navigation Menu: Reports


From the main menu, you can access key reports via the Reports module.  SES allows you view and export detailed reports of your customer data and related billing information.  

The Reports module includes three (3) primary report categories:

> Billing 

> Customer

> Partner

When you double-click a report type, the report automatically populates with your most recent month's data and a default set of columns.

In the Reports module, you can modify the content and layout of a report to control how data is presented.

Having flexibility in how reports are grouped and structured allows you to map the invoice data and usage data that you're getting from SES into how your 

organization processes information through your billing, financial, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

The list of reports is subject to the cloud vendors and programs you are authorized to purchase and resell.
